Prices

All prices are GB Pounds and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale come with one years manufacturers parts and labour warranty. This is in addition to consumers' statutory rights.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event of a product not being available at the time of your order, we will always contact you by e-mail to advise you of the situation and provide you with the option of cancelling your order.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of your purchase, however please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us about your purchase. We use both Royal Mail and a courier service.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your item in 7 working days but cannot give you an exact delivery date or time. Delivery is to Mainland UK only and does not include Highlands and Islands. We do not deliver items outside the UK. Please email info@catduckandbear.co.uk for a quote.

Please inspect your purchase for damage prior to signing and accepting delivery. If there is any sign of damage you must state this on the drivers delivery note before signing for the item.

Canceling Your Order

You may cancel your order by writing to us by post or email info@catduckandbear.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by you. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days at your expense in an undamaged, unused and unopened condition. We will refund the cost of your order subject to deduction of our delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Please advise us by e-mail within 7 working days if the items you received are faulty. We will be happy to offer an exchange or full refund. When posting items back to us please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us unless you have proof of posting. In the event of goods needing to be returned, the return will only be valid if authorised by Cat Duck and Bear and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

All faulty or damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified to us on info@catduckandbear.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.

Complaints Procedure

While we aim to avoid complaints by providing a quality service, we recognise that an essential part of any quality service is the provision of an effective complaints procedure. Any complaints should be forwarded by email to info@catduckandbear.co.ukWe will endeavour to respond within five working days, with the intention of resolving all complaints fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms and conditions of Cat Duck and Bear . All contracts are subject to English law.
